Thank you for shopping at Velo Rose.

We ask that you read and understand our exchange and return policy before making any purchases.

If you decide within 14 days of purchase that an item isn't quite right for you and you have a change of mind,  VELO ROSE will gladly accept an exchange only provided the item is in perfect condition. This means it is unmarked, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, with all labels attached.


VELO ROSE will provide a refund on any faulty items.

Any promotional items shipped with your order, must be returned when a refund is requested, or the items will be deducted from refund amount.

We recommend that you ship the package to us either certified mail or with a tracking number as VELO ROSE cannot be liable for any items lost in transit.

Once we have received your exchange package, we will mail out your new order and it should be received in about 7 business days, provided it is in-stock. Please email us prior to sending back to ensure it is stock.


Once a return in received, we will process a full refund.
